The Minimum Academic Preparation Standards (MAPS) deficiency in geography may be satisfied by passing GEOG 1982, 1992, 2002, or 2412. The course used for MAPS may be applied towards the geography major requirement. The geography courses taken to satisfy the Core Curriculum may also be applied towards the geography major.
